Its base is mostly made of market cloth, canvas, knitted fabric, woolen fabric, recycled fabric, chemical fiber fabric, non-woven fabric, etc. Synthetic resins are commonly used, such as polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyurethane, polyolefin, etc. From the cross-section, the fabric head of the fabric base can be observed.
Synthetic leather is a leather like material that simulates natural leather in terms of structure and performance. It is made from chemical raw materials and is characterized by a non-woven fabric with continuous pore bonding after impregnation with high molecular substances as the substrate, with a polyurethane microporous layer or wear-resistant and decorative surface. Both the front and back surfaces are similar to leather, with high micro homogeneity in structure, and have a certain degree of breathability and moisture permeability that leather has. In terms of structure, appearance, and performance, it is closer to natural leather than artificial leather, and has a special odor when burned rather than the burnt smell of animal skin.
